Terraces Mládí were built as an exclusive pension "Annahof " in the beginning of the 20 th century. You can find cubistic motifs on its facade and stair railings.
A solitaire villa from the era of the first republic was lately rebuilt into a common recreational facility and renamed to " Mládí ".
The later reconstruction of the house returned it its original quality and gratefulness which it once had. The Villa Terraces Mládí is surrounded by villas from the era of the first republic which gives it its unique atmosphere of this residential area.
Staré Splavy are a lovely resort situated around the magical Mácha lake and they offer a numerous leisure activities to their guests. There are many beautiful turistic paths and many other options which will satisfy even the most demanding clientele.

Bike
The area around Doksy seems to havebeen predetermined for biking trips. It is a gently hilly land - although some short sections might be quite steep - with deep woods, interweaved by a net of unfrequented roads and footpaths.
Watersports
The water area of Máchovo Lake is surrounded by 4 large sand beaches. It is one of the most popular recreational resorts and a water sports centre. Boat trips, a big toboggan and are other popular attractions.
Hike
It is possible to go on a variety of beautiful trips from Staré Splavy. Macha's Lake with both hills of Bezděz in the background are typical destinations despite of numoerous turists paths around the lake.
